SALT AlBahar Cancellation Policy

At SALT AlBahar, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.

1. Day-Use Entry (Day Pass) Cancellations

Guests may cancel their day-use entry for a full refund credited to their SALT AlBahar wallet.

Important: Purchasing a day pass does not guarantee the availability of a table or seating within the resort. The day pass only grants access to the resort, and the amount is fully redeemable for dining in restaurants or participating in activities inside.

Wallet balances from top-ups only will expire at 3:00 AM the following day.

Refunds from day-pass cancellations remain valid in the wallet and can be used for activities, purchases, or to buy a new day-pass wallet top-up. Additionally, a day pass can be modified to a different date, provided the modification is made on the same day of the original entry date

2. Activity Bookings Cancellations (e.g., Surf House, Surf School)

Up to 48 Hours Before Booked Date: Guests may cancel with a full refund credited to their SALT AlBahar wallet.

24 to 48 Hours Before Booked Date: Cancellations will receive a 50% refund credited to the guest’s SALT AlBahar wallet.

Within 24 Hours Before Booked Date: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds from activity cancellations remain valid in the wallet and can be used for activities, purchases, or to buy a new day-pass wallet top-up. These balances cannot be used as direct entry money without purchasing a day-pass wallet top-up.

3. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be credited directly to the guest’s SALT AlBahar wallet within 48 hours. These balances can be used for future bookings, purchases, or activities within the resort.

Refunds will not be processed back to credit cards or other payment methods.

Important: Wallet balances from top-ups only will expire at 3:00 AM the following day. Refunds from cancellations remain in the wallet until used but cannot be applied as direct entry money without purchasing a new day-pass wallet top-up.

4. Modification of Bookings

Guests wishing to modify their bookings (change of date or activity) may do so up to 24 hours before the booked date.

Refunds from modified bookings will remain valid in the wallet for future use but cannot be applied as direct entry money without purchasing a day-pass wallet top-up.

5. Others

In the event of resort closures due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, affected bookings will be fully refunded to the guest’s SALT AlBahar wallet.

Refunds from these circumstances remain valid in the wallet for future use but cannot be applied as direct entry money without purchasing a day-pass wallet top-up.

Once a customer exits SALT AlBahar, they must purchase a new ticket to re-enter on the same day, even if they have a remaining balance in their SALT AlBahar wallet. Wallet balances can still be used for activities, purchases, or to buy a new day-pass wallet top-up

Note: This policy applies to day-use entry tickets and booked activities, including but not limited to Surf House and Surf School sessions. Guests are encouraged to check availability and make any changes as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
